Product Overview

The 2BDP-1200 rice nursery seeding line is a fixed automatic tray seeding production line specially developed for rice seedling raising. The whole machine adopts a compact linear layout with overall dimensions of 477 × 47 × 113 cm. Driven by an electric motor with total matched power of 260W, the equipment can achieve an hourly productivity ranging from 600 to 1200 trays. It integrates soil laying, water sprinkling, seeding and soil covering into one continuous automatic workflow, which is suitable for seedling raising workshops, agricultural cooperatives and medium-scale rice planting bases. This streamlined machine simplifies the traditional seedling preparation work and greatly reduces manual labor input for tray seedling production.

1. Fixed integrated frame structure ensures stable running during continuous operation. The compact body saves workshop floor space and facilitates installation and relocation.
2. Belt scraper type soil laying and soil covering devices, both equipped with 52L large-capacity material boxes. The belt scraper design realizes uniform substrate spreading with stable feeding performance and good adaptability for different seedling substrates.
3. Radial external fluted roller seed metering mechanism. It adopts AC speed governor for stepless seeding rate adjustment, allowing operators to continuously modify seeding volume according to rice varieties and planting requirements, instead of limited fixed gear settings.
4. Rotary brush soil leveling unit, which evenly smooths covering soil to fully cover seeds, prevent seed exposure and maintain consistent soil thickness on trays.
5. Combined chain and belt conveying system for tray transportation. It delivers stable tray transfer, low slipping risk and easy maintenance.
6. Low power consumption of 260W motor drive. The equipment runs quietly and efficiently, lowering long-term electricity cost for seedling factories.

Functions

The machine completes the full automatic continuous workflow: Soil Laying → Water Sprinkling → Seeding → Soil Covering.

Soil Laying: The belt scraper soil laying device spreads substrate evenly on seedling trays to form flat seedbeds.
Water Sprinkling: Sprinkles water to moisten the substrate and create suitable moisture conditions for seed germination.
Seeding: Radial external fluted roller seed metering device sows rice seeds precisely. AC speed governor supports flexible stepless adjustment of seeding density.
